Most of these pictures are from Nova Scotia (45N 64W), but some are from Alberta near my sisters home (52N 113W)

Sylvan Lake Ice Marathon

Later that winter (Feb 28 2004) my sister and nieces went back to Sylvan Lake to watch the 200km skating race, an "Alternative Elfstedentochte"
